Description

Discover a great cardiovascular fitness workout that increases flexibility, while toning and contouring your body. Learn how to access, energize and isolate undeveloped hip muscles while embracing this powerful dance form. Learn history, costuming, body isolations, shimmies, traveling steps, and finger cymbals (supplied in class). Come wearing comfortable clothes and have an empty stomach.
