Belly Dancing Lessons

Description

If you want to learn how to Belly Dance, I'd love to teach you. If you want to learn "why" we belly dance, I'd love to teach you that too! Belly dance is an important part of who we are. No matter what your history, learning to move your body through this ancient art form will make you feel at home. Come check out my classes on Monday and Wednesday nights, held at the most beautiful "ALL BELLY DANCE" studio in Seattle - Visionary Dance Productions studio.

I also teach private lessons for all ages and genders. If you're shy and just want the basics in a secure setting, I can help you. If you're an advanced student and want to hone your skills or are interested in belly dance competitions, I'd be delighted to assist! I am the proud recipient of the titles, "Belly Dancer of the Universe, 2007," and "Double Crown Performing Artist, 2006." I've also taken 1st runner-up in belly dance alternative/fusion categories as well. If you're interested in Folkloric dances of the Middle East. I am also "Folkloric Grand Champion, 2008" from the International Belly Dance Convention in Las Vegas. I absolutely love teaching Khaleegy (dance of the Arabian Gulf) as well as the popular Raqs Assaya (Cane/Saidi dance of Upper Egypt).

  DAHLIA MOVES HEARTS

  I met Dahlia at Emerald Rains Belly Dance competition. I immediately recognized her talent, grace and sensitive spirit . I asked her to come teach a VDP Studios. She has been doing so for 4 years now. Since that time I think she has won 4-5 different contests including Belly Dancer of the Universe 2007, held in California. Her students are very devoted to her. She is excellent teacher and choreographer. Master at traditional Egyptian style, she is well studied in authentic folkloric styles and she is also a excellent fusionist.
  I was sitting at a table once at the Columbia City Theater where a middle eastern man started to cry watching Dahlia dance. A very extraordinary performance in deed. She moves hearts.
  We are very proud to have her at VDP Studio in Fremont.
