Whether new to biking or just your bike, this class is a great way to become familiar with the ins and outs of "serious" bicycling. From gear to gearing, this class covers everything you'll need to know to forge a long and healthy relationship with your Steel Steed. The standard course covers:

* Proper shifting technique -- which gear for a given situation and how to get there.
* Dress to impress -- be prepared for the weather, whatever it is.
* Equipment -- from funny shoes to lights to wrenches, learn what it's all for.
* Technique -- there's more to riding than just pumping your legs.
* The Bike Itself -- how to check over your bike before and after a ride.

This class takes 1-2 hours and is limited to 3 people.
