BIOSC 275 Biotechnology Techniques

Classes will be at 3:30pm-04:45pm TTh Rm2912 SecS1, 5:00pm-07:50pm TTh Rm2930 SecS1.

This course focuses on the concepts and laboratory procedures necessary to understand the cellular, molecular and genetic basis of the immune system. Emphasis will be placed on antigen and antibody structure and function, antibody production, cellular based immunity, and the major histocompatibility complex. Prerequisite: BioSc 250 or permission. Student Option Grading.
