Description

Our award-winning boot camp classes will get you in shape for summer! Taught by an ACSM-certified professional, our classes focus on core conditioning, developing all over body strength, improving balance and coordination. Classes are kept small for personalized attention and commitment to success. The workouts are fun, challenging and rewarding! Classes are held every Saturday from 9am-9:50am and students can begin anytime. Please call or email to reserve a spot.
