Description
If Saturday night was a little excessive, George's Sunday Survivor workout is really going to help. No fancy choreography to absorb by an already "foggy" head, either. Instead, you'll use muscles you never knew you had in this easy to follow class that mixes cardio intervals, sports drills and good ole' fashioned calisthenics with muscle-specific strength, flexibility and balance training. Your only responsibility: Be there!
