Description
Learn basic book making techniques and explore their variations to create one-of-a-kind books as well as small editions. Instruction will include hard and soft cover bindings, both sewn and/or glued. By the end of class, you will have a number of beautiful, unusual book structures with pop-ups, cut-outs, &c. to use as models for your own book projects. No experience necessary. Class is held in instructor's studio. The classes are weekend sessions and take place on Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. each day.

Bonnie is an incredibly generous teacher. Not only does she teach a variety of book styles in this class, she will answer questions about anything, and she gives several resources where you can get more information. In this class, you will learn how to make accordian books, pop-up books, and more! But if there's a specific kind of book you want to learn about, make sure you let her know because she'll try to make time to show you.
