Description
Enhance basic boxing technique: As covered in boxing fitness classes.
Slip, block and parry punches: The goal is not to get hit. With practice you will learn how to slip with the best of them.
Counter punch effectively: Counter punching is about making points and learning to respond instead of react.
Spar: Sparring is fun when you are learning, and when you and your sparring partner safely challenge one another to greater levels of skill.
Face your own feelings of fear or inadequacy: Everyone has reactions to hitting or being hit. You will learn how to remain centered, and to use your technique in the face of potential danger. This is a skill that will benefit you the rest of your life.
