Considering opening a coffee shop? We will cover the permit process: zoning codes, building codes, health department standards and simple ways to produce the necessary drawings. We will discuss design considerations; the instructor is a former design project manager for Starbucks Coffee Company, An optional step-by-step workbook is available, payable to the instructor. Bring a sack lunch.
