Andrea Lowe has over 8 years of experience coaching hundreds of job searchers who have ranged from college age to executive level in the following areas:
- assessment (where have you been and where are you going)
- job search strategy
- resume/cover letter writing
- interviewing techniques
- salary/benefit negotiation
For the past 5 years Andrea has focused on the public and nonprofit sectors in the Seattle area and has been teaching a job search course at the University of Washington for the past 3 years. Formerly, Andrea was the Director of Career Services at the University of Washington’s Evans School of Public Affairs and is currently working in Human Resources in the public sector.
Andrea’s style is a combination of challenge and support. She believes in action-oriented steps to get you closer to your goal.
Andrea has received training through the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Qualifying Program and is a Certified Federal Career Coach*.
