This highly interactive course is intended for ACTP-school certified and/or ICF-credentialed professional coaches. As a 3.5 day group course followed by 4 tele-courses and fieldwork participants will experience personal transformation as a leader, expanded competence as a coach and coaching processes for clients committed to development of the leader within.

Participants will both cognitively and experientially explore leading-edge theories that are proven inside organizations and thereby acquire new coaching skills and critical contextual differences for coaching organizational leaders.

The participatory nature of the course along with personalized mentoring encourages rapid skill development and preparation for immediate application through fieldwork and tele-course process It is critical that students commit to full and active participation during the sessions.
