Description
The goal of this program is to develop productive communication skills
and build harmonious relationships.
Communication is much more than effectively sending and receiving messages. Productive communication enhances our relationships with others, impacts the bottom line, and improves the quality of life in organizations.
This workshop focuses on best practices in listening and responding that get results while being unconditionally constructive to the relationship.
As a result of attending this workshop participants will be able to:
Differentiate between effective and productive communication.
Demonstrate understanding and positive regard.
Listen to understand.
Communicate clearly and respectfully.
Productively deal with resistance.
