Conflict, in and of itself, is not negative; but how it is handled by people frequently creates disruption and causes lost relationships, lost potential, and lost resources.
Debra Synovec provides training to help individuals and groups cultivate resourceful and constructive ways to handle conflict, enabling them to meet their personal and group objectives using positive and constructive methods. The training helps people have better communication skills to solve issues that arise in family and business relationships by helping people:
