Description

French cooking techniques are the basis of most western cuisines. Learning these classical skills will help you to be more creative in the kitchen. We will discover some important skills through tasting and demonstrations. Featured will be regional French cooking: Classic French Onion Soup, Cheese Soufflee, Crème Brûlée, Chocolate Mousse, Steak au Poivre and more! Instructor is a professionally trained chef and former restaurateur.
