My top passions are food, nutrition and yoga. I thoroughly enjoy helping people achieve optimal health through cooking classes, nutrition presentations and nutrition counseling sessions that teach and motivate individuals how to plan meals with food that is wholesome and delicious!

I have experimented in the kitchen as long as I can remember, and have found my love of cooking has been enhanced as I've shared my passion with others in the classroom. When meal planning in a private session, it seems a natural next step to recommend a cooking class to provide further support and guidance. For those overwhelmed by the idea of cooking, it allows a seemingly daunting task to be presented as a nonthreatening and rewarding experience. And for others who just love food and enjoy exploring new recipes, it's a culinary adventure!

My cooking classes include wholesome and healthy ingredients in a fun and relaxed environment. I am gluten intolerant, and many of my clients have food allergies, therefore my classes tend to be gluten-free, and some dairy-free.

My nutrition classes tend to revolve around women's health/peri-menopause, food allergies, detox and inflammation.

I also practice massage therapy and am finishing up a 200-hour yoga teacher training program, which adds to my belief and practice of attaining a life of balance and well-being by addressing our body and mind, inside and out.

When I'm not dreaming up my next dish or practicing yoga, I'm fantasizing about my next tropical vacation. If it's sunny in Seattle, I'm outside doing something, anything. When it's cold and gray, I'm curled up on my purple couch or in a cozy cafe with a hot cup of tea.

I plan to bring my culinary and other talents to tropical surroundings during the cold and gray months in Seattle as my business grows...
