I have been in the kitchen since I was a little girl. While my cousins and sisters were outside I was on a footstool asking, "what is that?" "why?" "can I try?". I finally recieve my very own cut-down chef's knife (which I still own) and exculsive permission to be in the kitchen during preperation.

At Seattle Central Community College's Culinary Academy I was trained by an expert team. With a wide variety of cooking styles, cuisines, education and experience, they gave me the tools I needed to keep going.

Now, I am sole proprieter of Mozelle's Creations. A budding catering/personal chef company.

With such a love for food and cooking, I want to share with others!!!
