Description
Gluten-free baking is not impossible. This class will serve as a guide for various gluten-free flours, such as sorghum, tapioca and teff, with tips on how to bake with confidence. Shauna will make Lemon Olive Oil Cookies and Multigrain Bread for sampling. You will also see that these flours are more than a substitute for the familiar flours – they are a joy of their own. Shauna will discuss options for the gluten-free life, leaving plenty of time for questions. Vegetarian; with dairy options; no eggs or gluten.
