CELEBRATE OUR REGIONAL RICHES FROM THE SEA
With the Pacific Northwest's bounty of delicious fresh fish and shellfish, everyone wants to expand their repertoire of seafood dishes that are easy, elegant and flavorful. This class is a seafood primer with Chef Hope Sandler who will teach and demonstrate tips and techniques, as well as cook along side you to prepare an in-class scrumptious seafood banquet—Seattle style!
Salmon Escallops with Fresh Herb Dressing; Bourride (Provencal Mixed Fresh Seafood Stew) with Saffron, Citrus, & Fennel; Halibut Filet with Roasted Red Onion & Fresh Orange; Seafood Paella Salad; Dry Roasted Shellfish Medley served with Field Greens in Lemon-Thyme Vinaigrette and Freshly Baked Baguette.
