After the Mastering the Basics series, this is the next step in your progression of culinary knowledge. A solid foundation in French technique will raise your culinary skills and confidence. Learn to create flavorful stocks and build them into great sauces. Undertand the art of the soufflé. Create perfect pastry and tender crepes. French technique is the basis of all good cooking.
