Description

When you build web pages using Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) you get almost unlimited adjustments over font properties, color, alignment of text and images, and positioning of elements on a page. Then, because of the “cascading” part of CSS, once you’ve written the specs for the look of a page or page element, you can apply it over and over without having to type in HTML tags every time you change a font or color spec. If this sounds like something you’d like to learn, Brent LaMotte, interactive development manager with Horton Lantz & Low, will show you the ropes covering: >How HTML and CSS work together >CSS terminology and syntax >Attaching style sheets to a page >Understanding CSS properties >CSS visual effects.
Prerequisites: Must be proficient at HTML
