Delilah has a school in located in Seattle Washington and is a world renown belly dance instructor, performer and video celebrity. Every year dancers from Seattle and all over the planet join Delilah and her guest star instructors and musicians for a 8-10 Day Visionary Belly Dance experience in Hawaii. (since 1992)

TWO PROGRAMS in 2009
• 10 Day Teachers Training
• 8 Day General Course (open to complete beginners to professional dancers).

The general course is where all the belly dance instruction, performance exercises, music appreciation, drum classes are and the extra hours and days are about teaching belly dance. This means if you may be a teacher all ready, you do not have to take the 10 day intensive training course. You are still welcome to do the 8 day leisurely retreat.
Delilah's retreats are fun creative and a life altering experience for many dancers. The lush tropical location is out away from the hustles and bustle. It's out on a country road across the street from the deep blue sea and under the volcano. The atmosphere is passionate.

We study belly dance as well as experience dance as dancer and observer. We eat, drink, soak in hot tubs, sun bath, snorkel, learn to play Middle Eastern hand drums, laugh, swim and retreat.

Delilah is joined by his years special guests; Princess Farhana, Laura Rose, and musicians Erik Brown and Stephen Elaimy. The theme is The Belly Dance Entertainer.

Dancers can be accompanied by their significant others as well. Many enjoy the drum classes and the chance to relax and be supportive. For complete details

The packaged cost of the retreat includes belly dance classes, drum classes, room, board, live music, performance parties, written notes, use of full facility; has 25 meter pool, sauna, hot tubs, beautiful landscaped grounds, volley ball, tennis courts, cafe, gift shop, business center with internet etc. healing arts center.

Airfare is extra because people come from all over. You fly into Hilo (ITO) and take a 40 minute shuttle to the facility.

You choose various rooming situatuions from shared lodge to private cottages.
