Description

Learn how to dive at one of our many parks and recreation pools. Beginning Diving - Springboard diving for youth aged 10-16 years old. Prerequisite: Participant must have passed level 3 and be able to dive comfortably from the side. If you are not sure that your child meets these requirements, please call for a pre-test. Participants will learn the following diving skills: Standing front and back dives, tuck jumps and dives, approach, hurdle and diving safety. *Pre-test required No Lesson 5/26/08
