Description

Learn how to dive at one of our many parks and recreation pools. An introduction of Springboard Diving teaching technique and safety. Participants should be 10 years old or older, comfortable in deep water, able to enter the water head first, and swim to the bottom of a 12.5 foot deep pool. Wednesday's classes start with 15 minutes of dry land instruction and then have 30 minutes of water time. Sunday's classes will spend most of their fourty-five minutes in the water.
