Description

Learn how to dive at one of our many parks and recreation pools. Learn basic diving board safety and skills. A sample of the dives taught: forward and back approaches and take-offs, forward and back dives, inward dives, and other similar foundation skills. Must be swimming Level 4 or higher and confident in the deep water. As safety is a primary goal in diving lessons; the ability to participate safely is required at all times and will be determined by the instructor. If for any reason the instructor feels the diver is not able or willing to participate safely, the diver may not be allowed to continue participating. No Lesson 5/8/08
