Description

It's like herding cats! Managing and planning a documentary production either short form such as a 3 minute segment for a daily show or a feature length documentary is daunting at best. This class will delineate strategies for planning and executing a complete pre-production plan for non-fiction projects (though many of the aspects translate to narrative work).

Some of the areas we will cover are:
# Releases and tips for getting them signed
# Site surveys and location logistics
# Equipment and crewing issues
# Avoiding scheduling nightmares
# Looking ahead to post

All experience levels welcome.
