I was very impressed with this class. I thought that maybe I was going to get caught up with some sort of program that I couldn't keep up with, however I never felt that way with this class. Coach Lisa really asked the hard questions and made us all think about why we made some of the choices that we made with food. The ideas, and changes it urges you to make really helped me, and I have been struggling with my weight my entire life.
Our group was very interactive in class. It was great feedback with more ideas then I can even remember. I loved it. Coach Lisa really had a positive attitude toward life, which makes learning from her wonderful.
I am proud to say that I am an instinctive eater now.
I will be signing up for the graduate class in January.
