Description

Human resources and organizational development professionals are facing an historically unique challenge: four generations together in one workplace. Learn to capitalize on the strengths of each generation and encourage employees to value each other. Become more sensitized to each cohort's preferences related to rewards, recruitment, retention and feedback. Develop strategies for dealing with common generational clash points at work. This workshop is geared to experienced professionals in human resources and organizational development.
