Description
This is an 8 week class designed to teach you the rules you need to improve your every day speaking abilities. You will learn: the five sounds of the American "t," correct pronunciation of "l" and "r," as well as other consonants, correct vowel sounds, American rhythm or intonation, idioms, and also some advanced grammar, especially the use of "a," "an," and "the." This class is offered through the UW. There will two sections this winter, each two hours/night, one on Tuesdays and one on Thursdays. Sign up soon because the fall class filled quickly!

Pricing Details
The class fee is $150 for nonstudents and $110 for UW students. There is also a small registration fee to the college: $10 for nonstudents and $5 for students.
