These classes are small, challenging, and keep you moving. There's no need to worry about getting bored, because there is always something different.

Depending on the coach, fitness-level, and personality of the group (up to 6 per session), routines may include any combination of intervals, circuits, weight-training, abdominal training, cardiovascular training, aerobics, boxing, plyometrics, active stretch...

Depending on the coach, fitness-level, and personality of the group (up to 6 per session), routines may include any combination of intervals, circuits, weight-training, abdominal training, cardiovascular training, aerobics, boxing, plyometrics, active stretch & pilates, outdoor adventure & hill/staircase sprint intervals (weather permitting). Semi-sweaty. Semi-structured, Semi-spontaneous. Total fun.

Because of the small group size (maximum of 6 each session), we are able to work with you 1-on-1, and provide individualized attention, correction, and motivation. Most importantly, we are able to challenge you in a way that works for you.

My love for health and fitness experience began as a dancer, which, combined with years of trial-and-error gymnastics and acrobatics, landed me a spot on the University of Washington Cheerleading team. This experience shaped my approach to life, and I strive for this level of fulfillment, energy, and physical fitness in my daily life. In graduate school, I worked part-time teaching aerobics classes, pilates, personal training, and nutrition counseling. I went on to secure the titles of Miss Fitness Illinois, Miss Fitness New York, and placed twice in the Miss Fitness USA competition.

I LOVE heath and fitness, and I live what I teach.
