Classes are going on now! Mondays 11:15-12:15 top of Queen Anne and Thursdays 9-10 in Ballard or Magnolia.
If those days dont work for you, get some friends together and we can create a class. We can workout at your home, my private studio, or outside!

We can set it up as a personal training session with your child, or you can get your friends and kids together for a workout! Each additional mom is $10, up to 6 moms. (2ppl-$35 each, 3ppl-$27 each, and so on)

I have developed my skills through ongoing training including classes, certifications, and practical experience. I want to make exercise convenient for people that lead stressful, busy, or sedentary lives. Yoga, ski and/or total body conditioning (low or high impact), and Mommy and Me Bootcamp are the classes I offer to any group or business that has an open space to practice (conference, meeting or even a living room).
