MPT Boot Camp, formerly LIFT Boot Camp, is a results-driven conditioning program that runs twice weekly on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:45-7:00pm June 15th through July 22nd. MPT Boot Camp workouts include, but are not limited to, cardiovascular, speed and endurance, partner resistance and strength training with log drills. We expand your fitness horizons with fitness games, relays, stretcher races, group challenges, plyometrics, obstacle courses, pull-ups, box drills, grass drills, and 20 versions of the push-up and sit-up!

This class caters to intermediate and advanced fitness levels. All activities are structured so that you can choose the appropriate intensity for your fitness level.

All participants must submit health history information and sign a release waiver before beginning camp. All necessary forms are available by request.

I have been a competitive athlete and fitness enthusiast since the age of 5. After years of lifting competitively and training friends and co-workers as a "hobby", I decided to make it official and become certified. I began training and mentoring under world class power lifter, Bull Stewart in 1995 and have been training hard ever since. In July of 2007 I formed LIFT Personal Training LLC and opened the doors of my very own studio in January 2008. I have helped innumerable people reach their fitness goals from general fitness, weight loss and rehabilitation to highly specific sports performance training. We have recently changed our name to Moffett Personal Training, added new staff members and programs to help you on your path to wellness.
