You will learn hoopdance fundamentals like hooping around the waist, torso and arms, as well as basic hoop tricks. With lots of detailed instruction and one-on-one attention, you’ll improve your balance, strengthen your core, build coordination and gain confidence.

Group Beginner classes (six week session, 60 min. each):
You will learn hoopdance fundamentals like hooping around the waist, torso and arms, as well as basic hoop tricks. Private Individual Instruction:
Having a hard time keeping the hoop spinning? Struggling with a specific hoop trick? Want to move to the next level? Private Hoop instruction provides focused attention to your goals. For a small additional fee, come with a friend and share the experience and the cost! Hoops provided.
Private Group Instruction:
Perfect for a group of friends or co-workers who want to experience Hoopla without committing to a six-week course. Hoops provided.

I am an avid hoop-dancer and hope to share my love of this workout with other Seattelites. Several years ago I began hooping and found it a joyful form of fitness and self-expression. I am also an dedicated student of belly dance (six years) and yoga (ten years). I am the mother of two young children and am lucky enough to have a husband who hoops with me on date nights.
