More Than a Conditioning Class

Description

Each 45 minute class will include a yoga warm-up, boxing (no contact) and wrestling drills done as a solo exercise, strengthening exercises, agility drills and a cool down period that include deep abdominal breathing techniques. Students can expect a vigorous workout as they learn fundamentals that will serve them should they decide to do more advanced training in the martial arts, or participate in sports or other physical disciplines. No previous training is required; participants will be given step-by-step instructions.
