Description

Authentic Movement is a simple yet profound practice of self-awareness and discovery. We deepen the capacity to listen our bodies and to internal moment-to-moment experience as it unfolds through movement. By fostering open and curious attention, as well as spontaneity and authenticity. we can find greater aliveness and a sense of embodied connection. This practice truly expands our capacity to be open, present and more awake with ourselves and others.
