Description
For fiddle players who can already play a little bit but are new (or fairly new) to bluegrass. We’ll take a couple of bluegrass songs and learn how to make up simple fiddle solos for them. We’ll also explore slides, double-stops, attack and timing—some of the things that make bluegrass fiddle “bluegrassy.” All teaching will be done by ear, but written music will be provided at the end of the workshop.
