Description
Booty Camp is a no-nonsense fitness program that mixes resistance and cardio training in the great outdoors. Booty Camp uses a circuit training format, with frequent changing of each exercise. The unique mix of exercises can be adjusted for a range of fitness levels. You will see some traditional “boot camp” exercises - yes, there will be some pushups! But there will also be many new exercises revamped for Booty Camp from many fitness modalities such as pilates and core training, active stretching, short-distance running, plyometrics, bodyweight and balance training.

Pricing Details
Your first four-week session costs $15 per camp day. We keep Booty Camp classes small so that we can make sure everyone is doing the exercises with correct form.
First-time Booty Camper 4-Week Session : $240 ($15 per day)
Fitness Lifestyle Program (3 full sessions, 3 One-on-One Coaching Sessions, 2 Bodyfat Tests): $730
FOR RETURNING CAMPERS ONLY:
Drop-In Card Good for 4 Camp Days in any One Session: $48 ($12 per day)
Drop-In Card Good for 8 Camp Days in any One Session: $96
Drop-In Card Good for 12 Camp Days in any One Session: $144
Any Full Session after you have completed one Booty Camp: $160 ($10 per day)
One-on-One Fitness Lifestyle Coaching: $75 per session or $60 each when you purchase 3
