Description
You've never been to a class like this. Think Boot-camp. But not. Active Stretch and Pilates. But more. Strength-training. But different. Exercise. But fun.
These classes are small, challenging, and keep you moving. There's no need to worry about getting bored, because there is always something different.
Depending on the coach, fitness-level, and personality of the group (up to 6 per session), routines may include any combination of intervals, circuits, weight-training, abdominal training, cardiovascular training, aerobics, boxing, plyometrics, active stretch & pilates, outdoor adventure & hill/staircase sprint intervals (weather permitting). Semi-sweaty. Semi-structured, Semi-spontaneous. Total fun.
Because of the small group size (maximum of 6 each session), we are able to work with you 1-on-1, and provide individualized attention, correction, and motivation. Most importantly, we are able to challenge you in a way that works for you.

Pricing Details
Half-hour classes are $10
Full-hour classes are $20
Saturday classes (1h: 15m) are $25

I love working out with Coach Stacey. The workouts are fun and personal and Stacey is great at encouraging you to do your best. She's also great at providing nutritional information and and advice for those of us with sugar addictions or other bad eating habits.
