Description

MPT Boot Camp, formerly LIFT Boot Camp, is a results-driven conditioning program that runs twice weekly during the months of June, July and August, at 60 minute durations per session. It is conducted in an outdoor environment, utilizing a military-style format, coupled with the most progressive, innovative, and creative exercises in fitness.

MPT Boot Camp workouts include, but are not limited to, cardiovascular, speed and endurance, partner resistance and strength training with log drills. We expand your fitness horizons with fitness games, relays, stretcher races, group challenges, plyometrics, obstacle courses, pull-ups, box drills, grass drills, and 20 versions of the push-up and sit-up!

All fitness levels are welcome. All activities are structured so that you can choose the appropriate intensity for your fitness level.

Schedule

The teacher is available during these hours to schedule a session:

  • Mon 6:00p.m.-7:00p.m.,
  • Wed 6:00p.m.-7:00p.m.

Pricing Details

Classes are $20 for an individual session. Purchase a punchcard of 10 sessions and the price drops to $10 each!

  • "Awesome Workout"

    I started Kristen's bootcamp a few months after having a baby, and by the time bootcamp was over, I was looking and feeling better than I did before I got pregnant! What is great is that no matter what your level of fitness is, Kristen modifies the workouts so everyone gets maximum results. Kristen is so inspirational, it makes you really want to improve with each session and push yourself harder and harder. I can't wait to start bootcamp again this summer!!!
