Drop-in fitness center class: Cross-training for your mind, your spirit and your body! Mindful movement & moving meditations of Qi Gong help balance your fitness workouts. Practice and learn Wu Dang heritage Qi Gong - Taoist, Buddhist/Tibetan Buddhist, Confucian, Medical and Martial Qi Gong Forms. A touch of Chinese culture and Oriental Medicine fundamentals, too.
