Description

Do you wake up with a stiff neck or lower back pain? Do you get sore easily and desire more flexibility? Learn safe, effective ways to stretch and increase range of movement. Strengthen weak muscles for better muscle balance, improve your body alignment, integrate your body movement and learn Bartenieff Fundamentals. Instructor is a professional dancer, Certified Laban/Bartenieff Movement Analyst and Certified Yoga and Aerobics instructor. She wants your movement to be effective, efficient and painless. Music, wood floor and parking. Please bring a mat or towel.
