Description

Class will be at 6:00am Tuesday and Thursday.

A class designed to improve muscle strength and endurance by incorporating weight lifting, plyometrics, and abdominal excercises into one intense hour of training. Workout includes use of BOSU, dumbbells, body bar, elastic bands and more! Simple footwork, all levels welcome, intensity modifications provided from beginner to elite.
