Aircraft Fleet

Galvin's fleet of aircraft is well-equipped for training. Many of the aircraft in the fleet are instrument flight rated, and all are equipped with state-of-the-art approach grade GPS avionic stacks.

Several aircraft are equipped with the sensational Garmin G-1000 glass cockpits. Galvin is leading the way in developing and implementing training programs for these aircraft, and in making them available to our customers.

Prior to a pilot renting any aircraft from Galvin, we must confirm that the pilot has certain knowledge regarding the Galvin Rules and Regulations, as well as aeronautical knowledge required to safely and proficiently operate our aircraft fleet. This includes, but is not limited to, Aircraft Specifications and Limitations and our Aeronautical Knowledge Examination. Specific aircraft, such as the Diamond DA40, will have additional Aircraft Specifications.
