The class is very informative concerning the lack of sleep as it relates to your health. Many people have different reasons as to why they don't sleep, such as depression, sleep time breathing disorders, restless legs, being over-worked, pain, shift workers, insomnia and many more. This class will help you to identify and understand the health risk associated with not getting the proper rest needed to facilitate and enjoy a well-balanced life. This class will also help indentify ways and tools to help you obtain a good nights rest so that you can experience the well-balanced life that you so desire.
