If you're looking for a fast, fun, physical challenge, this class is for you. Previous dance experience and comfort with one's body will help you get more out of it. The large class size makes this class especially challenging for any who may have little to no dance experience.
Cruz breaks down each step in the choreography really well, but some of the moves he selects is too challenging, even for him.
Bottom line: you might bite off more than you can chew if you don't take this class regularly, but you'll have fun.
