Since moving to Seattle in 2006, trombonist Patrick Raichart has performed with the Seattle Symphony, Seattle Opera, Seattle Chamber Players, Pacific Northwest Ballet, Tacoma Symphony, Bellevue Philharmonic, and as a studio musician appearing on such movie soundtracks as The Incredible Hulk, Valkyrie, Drag Me To Hell, and I Love You, Beth Cooper. He has studied and performed throughout the county, earning music degrees from Northwestern and Rice Universities and performing with the Civic Orchestra of Chicago, Orchestra X, Cheyenne Symphony, Ft. Collins Symphony, Boulder’s Dinner Theatre, Opera Colorado, and the Colorado Symphony. His teachers have included Frank Crisafulli, Arnold Jacobs, Jay Friedman, and Michael Mulcahy.

Founded in 1989, Music Center is Seattle's community music school and is an associate member of the National Guild of Community Schools of the Arts and the Washington Music Educators Association.
