Evening Classes will be at 5:30pm-08:30pm MW Rm2929 SecY1.
This course will present the theory of flow cytometry as well as provide practical laboratory experience using the instrumentation. Students will receive hands on training calibrating and trouble shooting a flow cytometer, preparing and staining cells for analysis, data collection and analysis of data. Prerequisite: Biosc 250/251, Biosc 270 or equivalent
