Italian Level 4 Class

Seattle, WA

Description

The Italian Level 4 class is for students who have previously taken our Level 3 class or who have the equivalent of 75-90 hours of Italian instruction taken in a larger group setting.
Students who have taken more than 90 hours in the past, yet are uncertain if this is the right class for them, can call us for an assessment of their Italian language abilities.
This Italian class will start with a short review of the contents covered in the Level 3 class.
In this intermediate class you will be able to express yourself with ease in many different situations. You will be able to speak about yourself, about other people and things in the present, past and future tense. Reading of articles and texts covering Italian art, tourism and geographical facts about Italian regions is only part of building vocabulary and enhancing speaking abilities. More and more discussions will be used to create real speaking situations in which you will be immersed.
Grammar taught covers the past perfect, suffixes, disjunctive pronouns, comparatives, relative superlatives, irregular comparatives and superlatives, impersonal subject form and the future and its special uses.
