Italian Level 5 Class

Description

The Italian Level 5 class is for students who have previously taken our Level 4 class or who have the equivalent of 100-120 hours of Italian instruction taken in a larger group setting.
Students who have taken more than 120 hours in the past, yet are uncertain if this is the right class for them, can call us for an assessment of their Italian language abilities.
This Italian class will start with a short review of the contents covered in the Level 4 class.
In this higher intermediate class you will be able to advance your speaking skills by learning how to request things, give orders, negate sentences, address people politely and make suggestions.
You will improve your vocabulary through readings covering geographical facts of Italy, Italian markets and products made in Italy.
Grammar taught covers pronouns “ci” and “ne”, double pronouns, imperatives, indefinite adjectives and pronouns, negatives and use of the conditional in the present.
