Description
Create your own one-of-a-kind tableware; it's not as complicated as you might think! In this workshop, students will have the opportunity to choose from among several projects, including spoons, forks, and napkin rings. This is a fine introduction to silversmithing, without the time and expense of raising a large vessel. We will be working in copper, making trial designs, with the option to execute successful designs in silver. This is a great gift idea and an excellent opportunity to explore silver as something other than jewelry. See materials list or contact the instructor if you wish to work in silver. No jewelry experience is necessary, but basic metalworking skills are helpful. Classes every Saturday at 10:30am-5:30pm and Sunday at 10:30am-3:30pm
