Description
The first series of Introduction to Korean aims at introducing four basic skills (speaking, listening, reading and writing) of modern Korean. The purpose of the course is to build a solid foundation in Korean grammar while developing communicative skills in Korean. Classroom activities and homework assignments are designed to help students achieve a practical command of the language. At the end of this class, students are expected to be able to say greetings in Korean, introduce themselves and each other in Korean and read and write the Korean alphabet, “Hangeul.”
